Hosea 4:6: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Meditation: We are currently living in an age of instant information. Most anything we want to know is available at our finger tips yet the Word of God is timeless, always relevant. We are being destroyed for a lack of knowledge, a lack of knowing God’s Word, a lack of knowing God, the source of all knowledge.
My Prayer: Father, please help me to be filled with the knowledge of You and Your Word and not a plethora of trivial things that will have no impact on eternity.
