Rom. 15:13 – Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Meditation: The opposite of being hopeful is despair or hopelessness. God does not want us to live hopeless lives. He wants to be the source of our hope. However too many times He is our last hope instead of our only hope. Hope in God is a confident expectation that He will keep His promises. If we are willing to make God our hope; joy and peace are sure to follow.
Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, I pray for those that are feeling hopeless. I pray they would know that with you we are never without hope. Amen.
