GOD INCARNATE

GOD INCARNATE

Philippians 2:5-11: Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon himself the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being fashioned as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Meditation: This usually isn’t a passage that most would correlate with the Christmas Story, but this is the Story in a nutshell. The Babe we see in the Nativity scene left the splendors of heaven, God Himself clothed not in “swaddling” clothes but in human flesh for one purpose only, to redeem mankind! Have YOU bowed the knee and confessed Him as your Lord to the glory of God?

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, please let those around us that do not have the slightest idea of the meaning of Christmas, bow their knees and confess Christ as Lord and Savior. Amen.

Thank you, Jesus came to redeem mankind laying down sacrificial love taking our place at the cross. At the cross taking all of sins of mankind upon Him self so that we could be ALIVE in Him and sins paid. My fear chance doesn’t stand a chance when I stand in your love Jesus! Jesus didn’t come to condemn the world but gives resurrection power to redeem us and set us apart all for His glory. Our identity as daughters and sons of King of Kings is in Him!

Grace to walk and to obey Him as He leads anchored in the inherent infallible eternal word of God.

My father James England would say always listen to wisdom and based your life what God says versus what secular world view says! I love my dad so much with everything that is with in me. When I see my dad I see Christ in us our hope and glory!

May we all this Christmas find comfort knowing His birth is so worth Celebrating. Redeeming us back home into Him.

Silent night, holding night, Senate God, that’s pure light. Gradient beams from the holy face. The dawn of redeeming Grace.
Isaiah 9:6-7 Is so worth reading as well as we approach Christmas this year.
Thank you for this beautiful meditation and post! So grateful for you! Blessings upon blessings!

    Merry Christmas
    Christ the Savior is Born:)
