UPDATE FROM PASTOR HASSEL

UPDATE FROM PASTOR HASSEL

Dear Church Family and Friends,

God is good and He is still on the throne. After prayer and wise counsel, we are canceling all church activities through Wednesday, March 25th. That includes Wednesday, Sunday, and next Wednesday’s services. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you posted if we need to make any further changes.

I want to encourage you to prepare, but not panic. I John 4:18 says, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”

God has given us a great opportunity to point people to Christ during this difficult time. Please take some time to call other members to encourage them and see if they have any needs. If you or someone you know has a need, please do not hesitate to contact us. Remember, church is not something we do on Sunday and Wednesday; you and I are the church.

If you would like to make a donation of gift cards for grocery stores or food items for our members in need, you may drop them off at the church during regular office hours. (The office is usually closed on Thursdays.) We are restocking our foodbank on Friday to help with anticipated food needs.

We will be recording and posting a sermon for Wednesday at 7:00 pm and Sunday at 11:00 am on our website, faithchampaign.org and social media. Online giving is also available on our website for those who wish to continue tithing during this time of social distancing.

Our heavenly father is in charge of all things so remember to go to Him in prayer. Please know that the staff loves you and we are here to help in any way that we can.

In Christ,

Pastor Bob Hassel

P.S. – You may want to consider signing up for our email list so we can keep you notified of any changes.
