Isaiah 9:6: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Meditation: It is amazing that when God saved you, He made you a child of God. That means that every Christian has a perfect Heavenly Father that always gives us the right care and advice. You have no need to worry or fear because Your heavenly Father is in control of your life. God is your everlasting Father. He knows you better than anyone else and will always be available to help you with all your needs.
Prayer: God, thank you for being my Heavenly Father. Thank you for caring about me and for always allowing events that are for my good and for your glory. Please help me to trust in your perfect care and love today as I live in this wicked and evil world.
